New call for Abstracts – 14th ICCM Conference, Plovdiv 2022

Dear friends and colleagues,

We hope that you are all in good health and good spirits during this unprecedented global health crisis. ICCM has been monitoring closely the developments of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and its impact on social and scientific events worldwide. Considering the health and safety of our colleagues, members, and delegates as our highest priority in these challenging times, and following the recommendations by the National Authorities in Bulgaria, the ICCM Board in close consultation with our host institution and partner -the Municipality of Plovdiv-, had agreed to postpone our 14th ICCM Triennial International Conference by two years (from October 2020 to 24-29 October 2022).
The ICCM Foundation is now moving forward with the organization of the next conference, scheduled to take place in Plovdiv from October 24-29, 2022.
In the last months, the Scientific Committee has received numerous requests to reopen the deadline for submissions. Although the program had been finalised, due to the postponement of  the conference, the ICCM Board has decided to give ICCM members the opportunity to update their presentations or add new ones, in the belief that this will update and enrich the scientific content of the program. The new deadline for submitting contributions is December 31, 2021.
We invite you to consider this opportunity, to spread this information to your colleagues and possibly send an abstract for a new contribution, either oral or poster though the abstract submission page in our webpage.
In the hope that this will meet your needs, we send our best regards.
On behalf of the ICCM Team
Roberto Nardi, ICCM President
