Early Registration:        290€       May 15th, 2025 (expired)

Late Registration:         350€       October 20th, 2025

Student Registration:     90€       October 20th, 2025

Accompanying guest:   140€       October 20th, 2025 (available upon request, see details below)

Special prices apply for the host country participants:

Host Country Students:     50€       October 20th, 2025  (available to 50 students)

Host County Professionals:   100€     October 20th, 2025  (available to 50 professionals)

The Full and Student Registration Fee covers:

–       ICCM Membership for one year;

–       attendance to conference sessions;

–       the booklet of abstracts and all other conference material;

–       the opening reception;

–       coffee breaks during the conference;

–       afternoon visits and full-day tour;

–      the right to present candidature for the ICCM Board is only available to those with Full Registration Fee status. Student Members are not eligible to stand for election, but have the right to vote (Statutes, Article 10);

–       the right to vote is available to all members who have completed a registration that is bundled with a 3-year membership and are active members of ICCM (full and student registration fee)

Accompanying Guest Fee covers:

–     attendance to conference sessions;

–     the opening reception;

–     afternoon visits and full-day tour;

–     coffee breaks during the conference;

–     accompanying guests are do not have the right to vote

Each member may present one accompanying guest. Accompanying guests are not eligible to participate in presentations or co-author papers in the Conference proceedings. If you have already registered for the Conference and wish to request to be accompanied by a family member or friend of yours please contact: [email protected].

Online Registration System

Please note that:

• Online registration is mandatory for all attendees;
• Registrations are personal
• Attendance certificates will be provided at the registration desk

You cannot register other persons on your account, unless you have their credentials or you create a different member account for each registration process.

Payments

You have the option to:

• Pay with Stripe, using any popular credit card;
• Pay with Direct Bank Transfer (you will receive our bank account info via your order email).
• Pay on arrival at the registration desk, applicable only to those who do not have access to online payment.
