Dear ICCM Members, dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce the call for candidacies for the new ICCM Board for the 2025-2028 term.
The election will take place during the 15th ICCM Conference in Athens (20–24 October 2025), on Thursday, 23 October 2025.
According to the ICCM Statutes, the Board is composed of 11 elected members who serve for three years. Board membership is a voluntary role (unremunerated) that requires enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to contribute time and expertise in support of ICCM’s mission and activities (ICCM Statutes, Article 15).

Eligibility
“Individual members in good standing and representatives of institutional members in good standing are eligible to vote in ICCM Board elections, and may stand for election to the Board. Student members may participate in all activities of the ICCM, but may not stand for election to the Board” (ICCM Statutes, Article 8).
“Any individual or representative of an institutional member who has paid the required dues and who is in good standing may stand for election or propose another candidate for election by submitting their candidacy electronically to the ICCM” (ICCM Statutes, Article 15).
