Late Registration: 350€ October 20th, 2025
Student Registration: 90€ October 20th, 2025
Accompanying guest: 140€ October 24th, 2022
Special prices apply for the host country participants:
Host Country Students: 50€ October 20th, 2025 (available to 50 students)
Host County Professionals: 100€ October 20th, 2025 (available to 50 professionals)
The Full and Student Registration Fee covers:
– ICCM Membership for one year;
– attendance to conference sessions;
– the booklet of abstracts and all other conference material;
– the opening reception;
– coffee breaks during the conference;
– afternoon visits and full-day tour
– the right to present their candidature for the ICCM Board
– the right to vote for the ICCM Board at the elections
Accompanying Guest Fee covers:
– attendance to conference sessions;
– the opening reception;
– afternoon visits and full-day tour;
– coffee breaks during the conference;
Attendance certificates will be provided at the registration desk.
An option for a post-conference tour will take place for the conference participants, provided that there is enough interest. Τhis option is available to all attendees at an extra charge. Online Registration System
Please note that:
- Online registration is mandatory for all attendees;
- Registrations are personal.
You cannot register other persons on your account, unless you have their credentials or you create a different member account for each registration process.

Payments
You have the option to:
- Pay with Stripe, using any popular credit card;
- Pay with Direct Bank Transfer (you will receive our bank account info via your order email).
- Pay on arrival at the registration desk, applicable only to those who do not have access to online payment.
