– Notification of abstract acceptance: 30th November 2024

– Announcement of results to grantees: 30^th November 2024

– Early Registration Fee: March 15th, 2025

Language and Translation 

The official language of the conference will be English. Simultaneous translation in Greek and English will be provided. Papers, and posters will be accepted only in English for presentation and publication. Titles and subtitles of videos should be in English.

Conference Visits and Tours

A full-day excursion will be organised during the conference. You will be notified about the program in due time.
