14th ICCM Conference Postponment – New dates

Dear friends and colleagues,

We hope that you are all in good health and good spirits during this unprecedented global health crisis. ICCM has been monitoring closely the developments of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and its impact on social and scientific events worldwide. Considering the health and safety of our colleagues, members, and delegates as our highest priority in these challenging times, and following the recommendations by the National Authorities in Bulgaria, the ICCM Board in close consultation with our host institution and partner -the Municipality of Plovdiv-, have agreed to postpone our 14th ICCM Triennial International Conference by a year, from October 2020 to 11-15 October 2021. We take this opportunity to express our thanks to the Getty Foundation and the J.M. Kaplan Fund, as well as local sponsors and collaborators for supporting our decision, and facilitating the postponement of our conference. Meanwhile, we would like to inform you that the review and selection of conference contributions and scholarship applications is in progress, the results of which will be communicated by the end of May. New registration deadlines, a revised Conference program, and other essential information will be soon announced in the dedicated section of our website. We are looking forward to meeting you again in 2021, until then stay safe!
